Retractable Nurse Badge Reel with Clear ID Card Holder – Horizontal or Vertical
Very informative and eye opening.
I loved how it provided examples of what TO chart instead of saying what NOT to chart. Some parts were repetitive (I swear she copied a whole ass chapter and put it at the end), but overall I feel like it leveled me up when it comes to charting
I think every nurse should read this book!
Especially as a new grad nurse trying to figure out my style of charting and what to chart/what not to chart, this book is so helpful and helps explains charting from a legal perspective. Will def be keeping this in my work bag to refer back to!! Highly recommend
Highly recommend this book to new nurses!
The examples of what NOT to chart and what TO chart were excellent. The appendices at the back are helpful for referencing. However, I feel like some parts of the book were very repetitive. I definitely liked the explanation of depositions and different legal processes. I feel like I have a better understanding of the legal and medical perspectives.
Exceeded my expectations
Since reading this book, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my confidence when documenting. It has helped me become more concise while still ensuring that my charting is thorough and compliant. This is a must-read for both new nurses who are still developing their documentation habits and experienced nurses who want to refine their skills.
This is a must have for any nurse!
I love everything, it’s so informative and educational. Definitely an easy read, meaning nothing overwhelming, nothing excessive, and extremely helpful. There’s even an appendix with terminology and info on head to toe assessments. Don’t miss out on this book. It will help you become confident with your charting and give you one less thing to worry about during your super busy 12 hour shifts!
Highly Recommend!
I highly recommend for any nurse who wants to improve their charting skills and confidence!
